The DSC is a high performance digital signal conditioner with a host of additional features for the precision measurement of strain gauge based transducers.

The DSC is available with an RS485 or RS232 output format, making it suitable for "one-to-one" or mutli-drop systems. Including the DSC into load cell based applications enables the building of very high accuracy load cells, using the built in linearisation and temperature compensation facilities.

The DSJ1, single channel junction box and DSJ4, four channel junction box are available to assist with simple on-site installation and commissioning.

Suggested Instrumentation

The DSC offers a RS485 digital output (in various protocols). LCM Systems can offer the DSC as part of a complete system, including sensors and bespoke software, written specifically for your application. The software is usually developed using the Visuallink software platform. Contact LCM Systems to discuss your software/application requirements.

There are two different Junction Box/Docking Station avalable, a single channel and a four channel arrangement. These products help simplify wiring and installation on site, in a sealed enclosure. Details of each version can be viewed by click on the following links:-
