New Corporate Branding
Over the past few months we have been working on updating our corporate image. We felt it was time that our company logo was modernise to reflect the many changes that have taken place both within LCM Systems and in the marketplace itself. It is due to be launched very soon. Do let us know what you think.
Our Expansion Means Faster Delivery
If you’ve been reading our blog A Manufacturer’s Musing, you will have heard me lament the difficulty in finding new premises for our expansion. Well, plans are underway to expand our existing factory so we can provide a comprehensive range of load cells ex-stock. This is a very exciting time for us as we know that many of our customers will benefit from faster, in many cases, next day delivery. Watch out for more details. |

Free Calibration with Handheld Load Cell Indicator
The TR150 is a portable, environmentally sealed unit developed to offer both accuracy and versatility. It can be used with our full range of sensor range as part of portable load cell and calibration systems or as a shackle, link load or hire fleet load display. We also offer free calibration if the TR150 is ordered with any sensor from the company’s extensive range. Have a closer look on our website here.
Compression Load Cells for Centre of Gravity Systems
Many people use our compression load cells for general applications such as force measurement, proof testing and hydraulic press calibration. However, as they have been carefully designed for use in both laboratories and permanent outdoor locations, they are particularly suited for Centre of Gravity and heavy weighing applications. More information and specifications can be found here.

Centre of Gravity Systems Balancing the Boat
Being based on the beautiful Isle of Wight, it is not surprising we have involvement in the boating industry. (In fact, the company name LCM Systems stands for Load Cell Marine Systems). One of the most interesting and satisfying projects we have worked on is the development of a Centre of Gravity (CoG) system complete with load cells and software that enables boat builders, designers and racing teams to quickly, easily and efficiently calculate the CoG, essential to ensure stability.
