The CD series of displays are designed for use in harsh environments, offering environmental sealing to IP67. The series consists of three distinct types, with different input types. All types have 20mm high backlit (light sensing) LCD displays and are supplied in bulkhead mounting ABS enclosures.
CDA-308
This is a 3½ digit display accepting a ±2V input. It is ideally suited for use with the LCM SGA amplifier and is supplied pre-calibrated to give a display value of ±1999 for an input of ±2V.
CDD-408
This is a 4 digit display accepting either a RS232 or RS422 input. This is ideally suited for use with the output from a DSC digital conditioner or most other standard RS232 devices (see specification for data string details).
CDZ-308
This is a 3½ display accepting an input from most strain gauge based sensors, with an output range of up to ±25mV/V. There are zero and gain controls housed beneath removable seals for user adjustment, if required.
