1000kN PTC-1 Tension & Compression Load Cell 📰
24th Jun 2022Despatched to a UK customer this week that specialises in subsea fluid transfer for the offshore oil exploration and production industry was this 1000kN rated PTC-1 tension and compression load cell. Available from our standard product range, it has been designed to suit a wide range of weighing applications and offers very high accuracy at 0.05% of rated load. It is also ideal for installations where the height is restricted due to its low profile. The load cell was supplied calibrated with an SGA-A amplifier to provide a 0-10V output. Although only being used in compression for this application, with the addition of a mounting base, the PTC-1 can also be used in tension.
