The delivery times shown on our website only apply when the requested products are in stock, and are not guaranteed. We will however do our utmost to ensure stated despatch times are achieved. Pre-order item delivery dates are a guideline only, although again, we will endeavour to despatch items within the delivery time specified.
We deliver to all areas in the UK, although our free delivery only applies to UK mainland addresses. Other areas such as the Scottish highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be subject to a delivery charge. All other export destinations will also be subject to a delivery fee.
Shipping charges are calculated at the point of order and are dependent on the gross weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater) of the product/s purchased, and the destination.
LCM Systems UK deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays via a next day Interlink delivery service. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have attempted delivery. This card contains a contact number so you can speak directly to the couriers and agree a mutually convenient delivery time or alternatively, to arrange for you to collect the order directly to their depot. After two failed delivery attempts, your item will be returned to our factory.
All international deliveries are via our courier, and transit times will be dependent on destination. Europe typically would be 1-2 days, America/Canada 1-2 days, South America 2-3 days, Australia 2-5 days, Africa 3-5 days and Asia 2-4 days (guideline only). All deliveries are to your specified delivery address (DAP terms). All local duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
