We hope that you will be satisfied with any product purchased from us, but if you need to return an item to us, then we aim to deal with it as quickly and conveniently as possible.
LCM Systems Ltd products have a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Any goods which are subject to a warranty claim should be returned to LCM Systems for inspection. Following inspection, LCM Systems will repair or replace the defective product. Warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, acts of god, damage incurred by incorrect use, overloading or not following manufacturer’s instructions. Any products that have not failed due to a manufacturing defect will be repaired at the cost of the customer. LCM Systems reserve judgement on this and our decision is final. Such repairs will only be undertaken following the issuing of an inspection report outlining why it is not a warranty claim and the subsequent approval of repair costs by the customer.
Carriage costs for the return of the goods to LCM Systems will be the responsibility of the customer. If being returned from outside the EU, they must be delivered on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid). LCM Systems will return repaired items covered by warranty at our cost. Non warranty repairs are carriage chargeable.
If an item is being returned for warranty repair/replacement, then you MUST complete our Product Returns Form and include one copy in with the returned items. A copy must also be emailed to us at email@example.com stating the reason for return. A copy of the Returns Form can be downloaded here.
Warranty does not cover the incorrect purchase of our products. If goods are returned due to incorrect specification, then LCM Systems reserve the right to refuse the return of the goods or charge a return to stock fee.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact LCM Systems on 01983 249264 at any time between 09:00 and 17:00. Please ensure you have the following details to hand:

Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packed your order and sent it to you. If this is this case, once you have received the order you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see below for further details on our returns policy.)
Any item returned must remain in its original unused condition and LCM Systems reserve the right to charge a return to stock fee. Any goods returned to us not in its original condition or missing parts will not be eligable for a refund. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods being returned arrive back to us in a saleable condition. We will charge for any damage sustained in transit or whilst in your possession.
If an item is being returned for a refund, then you MUST complete our Product Returns Form and include one copy in with the returned items. A copy must also be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return. A copy of the Returns Form can be downloaded here.
