9th Nov 2018Ready for delivery to our customer is this 500kN X/Y bi-directional load pin. With a diameter of 80mm and overall length of 530mm, it has been designed to fit within a mooring assembly to provide real-time monitoring of mooring forces. These mooring systems are fully automated to enable rapid mooring and release, while also improving safety and operational efficiency. Our customer has ordered over 50 of these pins, which are installed in ports and harbours around the world.
