400 Tonne ATEX/IECEx Load Pin for Mooring Load Monitoring 📰
11th Feb 2021This 400 tonne rated ATEX/IECEx certified load pin has been despatched to a Canadian customer that specialises in underwater systems for the oil & gas industry. Approved for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, it will be installed in the mooring bridle of a SPM buoy to provide load monitoring of the mooring lines. The load pin has an integral amplifier to provide a 4-20mA output, a cage for connector protection, armoured cable and has been supplied with 3.1 material certification and ABS witnessing of proof load and calibration.
