BBL-1 100kg Beam Load Cells with Weighing Mounts 📰
11th Jun 2021These BBL-1 beam load cells have been purchased by our distributor in Singapore, Scigate Automation, along with various instrumentation to provide a complete Centre of Gravity system for hopper/tank weighing. The BBL-1 load cells have been supplied with weighing mounts that make installation easier and to ensure optimal accuracy by eliminating the effects of hopper/tank thermal expansion. The system includes a 4-channel junction box and DSCS digital convertors to provide an RS485 ASCII protocol output for PLC integration. Also provided was custom designed software to show individual and summed loads, as well as the hopper/tank centre of gravity.
