Load Pins for Crane Overload Protection 📰
20th Jun 2025These wireless load pins have been manufactured to fit a Derrick (crane) upper sheave to facilitate load monitoring during lifting/lowering operations. They have been supplied with a specially designed anti-rotation bracket and have been Amoloy coated to give a surface hardness of 64 HRC minimum. Rated to 22,000lbs (10 tonnes), they offer a wireless range of up to 600m (clear line of sight) and provide real time load data for overload protection.
