3000kN Open Spelter Socket Pin 📰
23rd May 2025LCM Systems have designed hundreds of load pins for retrofitting into wedge and spelter sockets, shackles and clevises, like this load pin rated at 3000kN that has been made to suit a RopeBlock CSS 146 open spelter socket. Replacing the load bearing pin in shackles and spelter sockets provides a cost-effective method of adding load measurement to the safety critical applications in which they are used – primarily lifting, mooring, winches and rigging. The load data can then be used for crane overload protection, winch force monitoring and cable and wire tension measurement. Available in load ratings from 1 tonne to over 1500 tonnes, we can provide a load pin for any manufacturer’s product.
