Y Load Links for Ship Deck Crane 📰
26th Nov 2021Designed and manufactured for a customer in the USA, these stainless steel load links will be used to provide load monitoring on a ship deck crane. The main requirement was that one end of the load link had to be compatible with a Ropeblock 3/4" wedge socket, so was designed with a fork arrangement that exactly matched the relevant dimensions to ensure compatibility. Rated at 11,350lbf (5.15 tonnes) the load links incorporate an integral amplifier to give a 4-20mA output, and offer an accuracy of better than 0.3% of rated load.
